a little more info on the osiris internals...

06-24-2007, 06:45 AM
what more do you need to know?

06-24-2007, 01:56 PM
Osiris Internals
2x 3way solinoids humphrey (one of them is better, I dont know if it is the black or white, but who cares you get 2)
Osiris hammer (lightened, back end is hollow)
Osiris hammer sleeve (drilled and tapped to 10-32 for easier barb install)
return spring.

65.00 firm.
Good luck finding one at a better price, or at all. Will not work on midget cockers that do not have the beavertail hole. (thats what holds the sleve in) I can help with modification if needed, or install it for a price.
what is needed (speciality parts wise) to make an osiris cocker? I realize a complete cocker with 2 lpr's, but any other specific parts for an osiris cocker?

NEW ANS dust red Regulator
like new twisted cocking rod
if I buy the inline, would you throw the cocking rod in?? :o

Kmac... ughhhh thanks. Hope this gets it sold.

Take your original stock E cocker.
Remove the frame, hammer, ivg, spring. Leave the valve in. Leave your electronic 3way.

For the second lpr. Add an elbow at your bottom port on the front block. If it is mini cocker you can do 2 things, get a T-elbow and normal 90* elbow from palmers pursuit and configure both lprs off of that. Or tap a 1/8 npt thread somewhere on the side of the front block, or run it off the guage port on your regulator. Use your imagination and I'm sure you can figure it out.

A hole just a hair bigger then the barb for the air passage on the hammer sleeve needs to be drilled between the beavertail hole and the back frame hole on the body. If you dont clearly understand me, buy the kit and you will when you are holding the ram sleeve. The ram sleeve is held in place by the beavertail hole. once the hole for the barb is drilled, you have easy access for unscrewing or plugging things in.

put in osiris spring, hammer and sleeve into body. Screw in barb in sleeve. Mount to body with 10-32 screw.

You hook the second lpr hose line and run it to ONE of the 3way valves I have supplied. Hook the out portion to your barb on the hammer sleeve.

Heres the hard part, finding a frame that will hold all of the electronics. From my experience a morlock board in a modified centerflag frame works great. , but you will have a hose coming from the back of the gun and into the frame. The ego star frames has plenty of room and covers the entire area. Anything that will give you enough room to have the 3way inside and your electronics and battery you are good 2 go.

The 3way valve will hook up to your hammer/2nd solinoid port on your electronics.

You are done. Top LPR still controls your cocking ram.
bottom lpr controls the velocity... (better to set it at around 70psi and then adjust with your hpr but you can do it either way)

This will work on a full size or turlte cocker. If it is a turtle make shure you have a shortened bolt pin. If it is a fullsize you will need to screw your cocking rod into the back of the osiris hammer sleeve to guide your backblock.

The osiris needs this:

The internals... (what I'am offering)
1 more LPR (including the one already on your cocker)
Any 2 way solinoid control board. Morlock, eblade, xonix, dragon, t-board ect.
Anyframe that can hold the 3way noid and your electronics

Yes I would throw in the cocking rod for you. shipping is 3 bucks for the items you listed. LMK EBZ

Every time I reload this thread, that disruptive body calls my name.

06-25-2007, 04:20 PM
so buy it from me! I have 3 halfblocks and this one I barely used!

06-25-2007, 11:25 PM
Wow, I really like that that Halfblock body! That blue one isnt bad either!

06-26-2007, 06:20 AM
yeah the halfblock is quality. I must admit I dont like selling it, but I have too much and its the one I picked this time. Plus, I'm trying to get away from eblades. EBZ

06-26-2007, 07:54 PM
If my memory serves me correctly did you not have a Ripper body for sale? If so did you end up selling it or did you keep it?

I dont mean to be nosey... its just that I have always wanted a Ripper for some reason.

06-27-2007, 04:59 AM
body for the ripper is gone. Only had the parts left. Later, EBZ
