My PT extreme has a bad seal at the front end where the 12g charges up. I'm kind of at a loss as to how to replace it since I never see them; its actually shaped like the top of a cup seal with a hole through the middle so as the puncture pin can go through. Do quick change adapters have a similar seal? Its been forever since I have had one.

Nah, its some type of clearish rubber like seal in thefront for the 12g to butt up against to not leak. It has the shape of conventional cup seal. The "lip" is what stays behind the fron of the body while the rest of it comes up to meet the 12g.

wonder if the mag reg seal will work?? just thinking out loud..

Possibly, I'm not that familiar with their internals though, nor do I have access to one.

I think ans gen x II inline regs use the same internals.. could be off on that but pretty sure..
and air america regs use a simular seal if not the same.

Alamo City (link in my first post above) may be able to put something together. He does a lot of work with delrin.
