i've got a freeflow rythym body that is the basis for my next pump project... my question is what would be the best internals? i know some people swear by CCM, and i like how you can adjust the velocity without having to take the cocking rod out... i have internal sets from two bodies- one i believe is a freeflow, and the other looks like either stock WGP internals or something along the lines of KAPP or ANS; is there any easy way to tell the difference? thanks.

if you want quiet i suggest any valve with a soft cup seal, some even work in stock valves

even the stock valve can be quiet with the right tunning

thats if you want a quiet pump, if not...uh then i dono

I believe you're referring to a rex dialer kit.

I use Compulsive Paintball for a lot of stuff. No complaints with them.

Thanks,

CCM's IVG does something similar, but not as elegant

actually the ccm is like a brass style ivg but has multiple hex holes around the center hole that will twist the entire thing around just like the center hole does.
like said, nothing fancy, lol
