Got a favour to ask about Paypal...

I am having an issue with someone that said they can't refund my paypal money I sent them.
What happens if I log claim? They said they just going to wait for paypal to do the work
    How can it be accelerated?
Would anyone be willing to transfer me $1 so I can refund it and show this person the steps?
I will even pay an additional dollar on top.
Can even be 50c I just need to refund someone.
Please message me if you willing to help me out.
No one I know personally uses Paypal hence why I am asking here.
If this is not allowed please delete.

Seriously? That person is a bonafide numbskull. Never, ever, ever do that and don't let someone do it. You open yourself to liability, also, if they make a series of fraudulent transactions and then claim you did it.

The person just opened the paypal to receive money from me. He doesn't have a card linked to it and wasn't intending to use it after the transaction either. So all good.
