Pre order on the Styn valve V1 (electro pneumatic activated poppet valve)

    Hey guys,

So just wanting number for now.
At this point I would just like a show of hands who will be buying a styn valve. Cost is not 100% yet but probably around the $200 mark. The valve is 11/16 and is in a way similar to the MQ just more reliable, less maintenance and easier to install. I want to make a batch of 50. A down payment will be needed to help fund ordering parts (mainly the solenoids) but it will only be required when I am ready to go into production. Please just comment with how many you will be buying. They will work with any autococker board as the piolet is 5V 5W which is less voltage and power need than its predecessor.

Like I said just looking if 50 Valves would be realistic.
At this stage I am just looking at potential numbers.
Either way the valve will be made even if it is just so that a few people can have a super custom kick ass valve.
Once production ready I will be doing pre orders for a week and who ever paid the deposit, thats how many valves will be made.
Deposit will probably be around $100 and manufacturing will take 3 weeks and then its just postage.
Balance to be paid once ready for shippment.

To answer timelin, I am just waiting for prototyp to be finished and test from there I will talk to manufacturer how long it will take to make 10, 20 and 50 valves and then start with production. I think pre orders will be open in 1-2 weeks and then about 5 weeks from then till you can receive it.

Have you asked around on any of the autococker Facebook pages? It seems like there are some active ones.

I'd take one, maybe two, depending on when they become available.
