The Black Death - a souped up 2k3 in classic form!

Any old cocker user would tell you it’s all about tinkering and customizing.

Here’s my sleeper - The Black Death!
    CCM SLPS lowers.
    AKA Lightning bolt.
    Sidewinder cranked WAY down.
    Humble functional front end.
    Freak’d CP classic barrel.
FLE RIP frame cost near as much the rest of the marker.

My favorite part about this marker is the lack of fancy looks. Humble beginnings bring ambitions that lead to superiority.

Needed a friend of mine to fashion a CCM tail onto it - and then I liked it a lot. Extremely easy to shoot and designed in a way that inspired my curiosity. I know of at least one person who swapped his Gunfighter frame out for a RIP, and I wonder if it wasn’t for the lighter smoother pull? Anyway, it’s a nice frame that I think is great for the 200 price that hellion advertised over Black Friday. I paid ID directly and don’t feel bad about it.

I kind of want one but was just waiting it out until more reviews rolled in.

I like the looks of it.

Nice! I have a thing for all black autocockers and have always enjoyed a good sleeper build.

If you like the looks of it - just buy one from hellion. It’s a very satisfying frame to shoot - I am a picky guy who thought my Eclipse hinge was the end-all of hinges for me. This slider/hinge hybrid has changed my mind.... It kind of blows my mind, but I don’t think Docfire has picked one up and reviewed it, yet!

Maybe I will get a spare few minutes and post a review video.
I posted a short shooting vid on YouTube:

Phew! Thanks! Saves me a heap of trouble - not sure why it doesn’t come up earlier in the keyword search. Maybe I was doing it wrong.

Showed the marker off this past weekend and gained some fans. I think it’s not far from being the best frame in recent memory.
